These cranberries are soft and squishy yet firm enough to hold their shape. They have not been sweetened with sugar or anything artificial. Instead, apple juice has been used to take the edge off the cranberry's natural sharpness. A trace of sunflower oil has been used to prevent them from sticking and clumping together.
