
Organic Textured Vegetable Protein - Dried Plain Mince
Cooking instructions
1. Soak for 10- 15 minutes until the mince is dehydrated before adding to fish.
2. For dishes with more liquid (bolognese, curries etc) there is no need to pre- soak m. The mince will hydrate as it cooks.
